Voting Delegate Designation and Observer Registration Form

The WAITRO General Assembly 2026 will bring together member organizations to review the Association's activities, discuss its future direction, and take important decisions, including the election of the WAITRO Executive Board for 2027–2028.

Each eligible WAITRO member organization is entitled to designate one official voting delegate who will represent the organization and exercise its voting rights during the General Assembly.

Additional representatives from the same organization are welcome to participate as observers, either in person or online, but do not have voting rights.

We strongly encourage member organizations to participate in person in Istanbul.

For those unable to attend, online participation will be available.

Please submit one form per member organization.
